Diverse opinions, differing perspectives and contrary ideas are all a part of the equation. You have to come at the big challenges with diversity and inclusion. When I’ve spoken around the globe, regardless of the subject, this point always seems relevant. By some standards, it might be provocative, but in truth, it’s quite simple. We don’t have to be in agreement in order to learn from each other. We don’t have to share the same opinion to progress. I always learn from another perspective, even one that may completely differ from my own.
